 TEK Products' private label wipers were written up by Museum Services, a consulting group that works with museums, universities, and religious organizations to preserve and restore historical documents, books, and manuscripts. TEK has only one operation error in the month of November. We had one picking error, zero order entry errors, zero shipping errors and zero billing errors. TEK reported 99.9996% accuracy for the month in its operations, which is a new record.

We are audited formally and informally by many of our customers on a continual basis. This audit lasted two days and was exceedingly thorough in its scope. TEK enters in an agreement with ABS Software to upgrade its Laundry and Services Division's business software. ABS is the recognized software leader in the Laundry, Image Apparel, and Dust Control marketspaces. Implementation of the new software is set for January 2010, with preparations beginning in November. Brian Anderson, TEK Services General Manager, stated, "ABS' software package will allow us to keep our costs down and improve quality. Our customers will gain better response time, inventory management and accuracy. In Phase 2 of the installation, customers will have complete visibility to their information via the Web."

TEK Products signs a national distribution agreement to support all 19 United States facilities of a major defense and aerospace contractor. TEK was chosen over six other suppliers vying for the cleanroom and production supply contract. Frank Vrtis, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing said, "The customer liked the fact that we had a single-point of contact, guaranteed pricing and delivery, and logistical support for all locations. TEK is also chartered to drive costs out of their system via process and product improvements and to dollarize and document these hard and soft savings to management. The customer felt TEK had better: technical acumen; implementation plans and consultative services than the rest of the national players. This customer has the potential to be a top 3 customer for TEK."

TEK Products and Steris EO Services in Coon Rapids, MN reach an agreement for Steris to provide further processing and sterile validation services to TEK. Steris will provide ethylene oxide or gamma irradiation services to support TEK's Kitting and Assembly Service Division.

TEK Products adds Colder Products and their line of connective technology products to our portfolio. Colder's products have broad applications across all of our markets and they are recognized for their quality and innovation in the quick disconnect, couplings, and fittings markets. Their plastic connectors begin where our current Teflon product offering ends. They also have many applications for our Kitting and Assembly Services Division.

TEK Products and UG Healthcare, a California Corporation, reach a distribution agreement for supplying latex and nitrile products for the Industrial marketspace. "UG Healthcare product lines provide us with more options to offer customers, especially with possible shortages caused by the H1N1 virus," stated Frank Vrtis, Vice-President of Sales at TEK.

TEK Products, Inc. has agreed in principal to purchase certain assets of the ABC Rug Company located in Minneapolis, MN. "This acquisition is accretive to TEK's earnings and provides TEK's Laundry and Services Division strategic entry into new market spaces that are consistent wth our overall model," according to TEK's CEO Tim Graupman.
